Product Information
Diamonds of Aspen makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability. Because jewelry may include natural variations, custom production, lighting differences, and hand-finished details, actual appearance may vary slightly from images shown online.
Lab-Grown Diamonds
Unless otherwise stated, lab-grown diamond products are clearly represented as lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds created in a controlled environment and are chemically, physically, and optically diamond.
Certifications and Grading
Where applicable, diamonds may be accompanied by grading reports from laboratories such as IGI or GIA. Grading reports are issued by independent third-party laboratories. Diamonds of Aspen does not control third-party grading conclusions.
Made-to-Order and Custom Jewelry
Many Diamonds of Aspen pieces are made for you after an order is placed. Standard completion is approximately 12 days depending on the piece, stone selection, sizing, setting, finishing, and production schedule. Timing estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Custom orders, made-to-order pieces, modified items, special requests, private sourcing orders, customer-supplied stone settings, and personalized jewelry may be final sale or subject to limited return eligibility.
Customer-Supplied Stones
If a customer provides a center stone or other stone for mounting, the customer represents that they own the stone and have the right to provide it for setting. Diamonds of Aspen is not responsible for undisclosed prior damage, treatments, clarity issues, inclusions, chips, fractures, or structural weaknesses in customer-supplied stones.
Diamonds of Aspen will use reasonable care when handling customer-supplied stones, but setting work carries inherent risk, especially with previously owned, fragile, treated, or included stones.
Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability may be corrected at any time. Diamonds of Aspen reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders affected by clear pricing or listing errors.
Payment
Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Financing or installment options may be offered through third-party providers and are subject to their terms and approval.
Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates. Diamonds of Aspen is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or delays outside our control.
High-value shipments may require signature confirmation and may be insured.
Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility depends on the product type and order status. Custom, made-to-order, modified, resized, special order, private sourcing, and final sale items may not be eligible for return. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy before purchasing.
