Production Timing
Most Diamonds of Aspen pieces are made for you when ordered. Standard completion is approximately 12 days depending on the piece, stone selection, sizing, setting, and finishing details.
Ready-to-ship pieces may ship faster when available.
Shipping Timing
Shipping timing begins after the item is completed, inspected, and prepared for delivery. Shipping estimates are not the same as production estimates.
Insured Shipping
High-value jewelry shipments may be insured and may require signature confirmation. Diamonds of Aspen may choose the shipping carrier, insurance method, and delivery requirements based on the value and nature of the order.
Signature Required
Orders may require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address where the package can be safely received.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Diamonds of Aspen is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
Diamonds of Aspen is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, security holds, failed delivery attempts, or other delays outside our control.
Local Delivery or Pickup
Local delivery or appointment-based handoff may be available for select orders by prior arrangement.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
