Returns & Refund Policy

Review the return, refund, custom order, and made-for-you policy before purchasing from Diamonds of Aspen.

Diamonds of Aspen wants every customer to feel confident before purchasing. Because many pieces are made for you, custom ordered, sourced privately, or modified specifically for the buyer, return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.

Made-to-Order Items

Many Diamonds of Aspen pieces are made after an order is placed. Made-to-order jewelry may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun.

Custom Orders

Custom jewelry, modified designs, resized pieces, private sourcing orders, special requests, customer-supplied stone settings, engraved items, and personalized pieces are generally final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return only if approved by Diamonds of Aspen and returned in unworn, unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging, documentation, tags, certificates, and materials.

Return Requests

Return requests must be submitted by email before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Items showing wear, damage, alteration, resizing, missing stones, missing documentation, missing packaging, or signs of use may be rejected or subject to reduced refund eligibility.

Shipping and Insurance

Customers are responsible for approved return shipping unless otherwise stated. Returned jewelry must be shipped securely and insured for its full value. Diamonds of Aspen is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs, insurance costs, payment processing fees, financing fees, rush fees, custom design fees, sizing fees, and special service fees may be non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancellable once sourcing, production, sizing, setting, or customization has begun.

Final Sale Items

The following may be final sale:

  • Custom jewelry
  • Made-to-order jewelry
  • Resized or modified items
  • Private sourcing orders
  • Customer-supplied stone settings
  • Special order diamonds or gemstones
  • Engraved or personalized items
  • Items marked final sale
  • Items purchased with special pricing or private terms

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact Diamonds of Aspen immediately with your order details and photos.
